Energy Conservation Measures (ECM's) help to improve the energy efficiency of building infrastructure, including heating/cooling/ventilation systems, utility
systems, roof, and windows. This is achieved by an engineering investigation like the ASHRAE audit series to identify potential replacements of, or upgrades to,
existing systems that enhance energy efficiency in a cost-effective manner.

Our engineering team will proceed to plan how to implement the ECM's based on the energy audit report and the agreed scope of work with the business or building owner. These are typical ECM's implemented by our team:

To ensure that the ECM's are implemented properly, our team will monitor the works and participation of parties involved. We suggest that an ongoing
commissioning schedule or a Green Kaizen program is setup to ensure projected savings.
