Kaizen (改善, Japanese for "improvement") is a Japanese term that has been adopted into English. Kaizen refers to a philosophy or practices that focus upon continuous improvement in manufacturing activities, business activities in general depending on interpretation and usage. We understand "Green Kaizen" as the ongoing challenge to reduce "Muda" ( Japanese for "waste") in all our building operations as well as in all business procedures.
