Kaizen (改善, Japanese for "improvement") is a Japanese term that has been adopted into English. Kaizen refers to a philosophy or practices that focus upon continuous improvement in manufacturing activities, business activities in general depending on interpretation and usage. We understand "Green Kaizen" as the ongoing challenge to reduce "Muda" ( Japanese for "waste") in all our building operations as well as in all business procedures.
Experience has shown that energy audits are a valuable tool to identify potential energy savings, but as long as ECM's are not executed and more importantly being monitored and adjusted the real boost in your bottom line won't happen. Too many internal and external factors are changing building operating plans as well as business procedures.
Our approach combines proven management knowledge like lean management with energy efficient engineering and helps our clients to fully capitalize their energy efficiency investments.
